About Me
I caught the travel bug early on when I traveled to Europe with my dad at 16. In just 14 days, we covered 7 countries including Germany, Switzerland, and Iceland. It was an incredible experience that left me wanting more!
My absolute favorite destination is the UK, and I can’t get enough of Wales. I’ve spent months living there, immersing myself in the community and soaking up the breathtaking landscapes and majestic castles. If you’re ever in the area, you absolutely must visit Caerphilly Castle – it’s stunning!
When I’m not jet-setting around the world, you can usually find me at Disney (I’ve been to Disneyland, Disney World, and Disneyland Paris!) or Universal Studios Hollywood. The Wizarding World is my happy place.

Not only was there communication between us, but her follow up with answers to our many questions was prompt and extremely helpful. I had never used a travel agent for a domestic trip and had not been to Disneyland in many years. Additionally, I was not familiar with the new e ticket process and App based interface. Alice was able to get me set up and comfortable with the technology which made our trip stress-free.
Even though our trip was relatively modest, Alice provided excellent customer service and made me feel like a valued customer.
